Shipping and Handling

All our products are delivered free of cost within India.
Orders are usually processed & dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once shipped, the orders are normally delivered within 2-4 business days in metros and within 4-7 business days for rest of India. However, actual delivery time may vary based on present circumstances (holidays, weather conditions etc.). We will keep you informed in case of any delay due to unavoidable circumstances.

You will receive an email and SMS with order tracking no. once the order is dispatched from our facility. Shipment status can be checked from SHIPMENT TRACKING tab on our website.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation by Inari Shines: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. The reason for cancellation may include the limitation of stock availability, pricing error, incorrect product information, unforeseen issues with our logistics partner or suspicious transaction. We may ask for additional information in certain cases to accept the order.
Cancellation by Customer: Customer can cancel an order within 24 hrs. or until it is dispatched for the destination. Dispatch status can be checked from SHIPMENT TRACKING tab. Eligible orders can be cancelled from MY ORDERS page in customer login. Refund will be processed within 5 working days of cancellation request.

A customer can return a product within 10 days of its delivery- We assure a refund of 100% amount, No Questions Asked.
A product to be eligible for return, it must be unworn, unused and undamaged; to be packed in its original packaging with invoice and other accessories.
For eligible products, you can request for a return on MY ORDERS page in Customer Login. We will arrange for a return pickup for you. The locations, where pickup service is not available from our logistics partner, you can ship the product using courier service of your choice. We will add INR 100 in your refund value to compensate for the return courier charges.
Products received as a return will be verified by our Quality team on the same day of its receipt. The refund will be initiated within 2 working days after go-ahead from the Quality team. Payment will be reversed as per the original transaction for all Pre-paid orders. For COD orders, refund will be transferred in the bank account upon providing bank details.
