  • Yes,'s Business Partners/Sellers have a simple return policy. You can return a product received in a damaged or defective condition. In case of Apparel and Footwear, the return policy is applicable if the product does not fit due to a size mismatch.
  • There is a 48-hour return policy, and the returned product must reach the Business Partner's/Sellers' address within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Rejection

  • Returns for replacement/refunds/exchange may be rejected under certain scenarios, including a request made after 48 hours, product used or not in its original condition, etc.

4. Return Product in Original Packaging
